Joel Adelman, President Mr. Adelman founded Advance Payroll Funding LTD in 1998. As founder and majority shareholder, Joel is the driving force behind our success. Formerly the President of Blue Coral, Inc, a market leader in the automotive aftermarket car care products with manufacturing and distribution facilities located throughout the world, Joel has the experience level of a seasoned corporate executive and the mindset of the true entrepreneur. Joel is a graduate of Northwood University with degrees in marketing and finance.
Adam Stern, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Stern is responsible for client service, funding, technology and other operational functions. Adam began his career working for Credit Suisse First Boston on various financing transactions, including public and private receivables securitizations. He was later Vice President of Corporate Development for Cooperative Resource Service, Inc., a human resource outsourcing and financial services firm. Adam has a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Michael Turk, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Turk is a founder and shareholder of the company and is responsible for all accounting finance and credit functions. Michael has worked with Joel Adelman for more than 20 years and was previously CFO for Blue Coral, Inc. in which he served to facilitate the companies ultimate sale to Quaker State. Michael is a CPA and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael is a graduate of The Cleveland State University with a bachelors degree in accounting.
Jeremy Bilsky, General Counsel Mr. Bilsky manages all company legal matters, including collections, workouts, arbitrations and general legal issues on behalf of our clients and the company. Prior to joining Endeavor, Jeremy was an attorney with Weltman, Weinberg and Reis, Co. LPA, where he specialized in creditor's rights litigation. Jeremy is a member of the Ohio State and Cuyahoga County Bar Associations and is licensed in the State of Ohio, as well as licensed to practice in the Northern District of Ohio Federal Court. Jeremy has a BS in business administration from Indiana University and a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
