Q: What is the minimum contract term for service? A: Most contracts are one year or greater. Shorter contracts to meet specific needs can be discussed.
Q: Are your contracts personally guaranteed? A: Yes. Certain exceptions may apply but in general, we require the ownership of a client company to guarantee payment to Endeavor.
Q: Do you offer non-recourse factoring? A: Typically not. Our clients are generally ongoing relationship clients. In other words, Endeavor acts as the permanent source for ongoing working cpaital needs. Our factoring and ABL facilities have eligibility requirements similar to those of a conventional bank credit facility, but with far fewer restrictive covenants and greater ease of access.
Q: Are there any States in which Endeavor (contract) will not do business? A: No. We have had clients in all 50 states and in most Canadian provinces. The contract is governed by the Laws of the State of Ohio.
